Wachovia Securities—Data Warehouse Architect & Project Manager

Wachovia Securities (B2B): For Wachovia I completed a consulting contract as architect for a new data distribution capability to support the expanded back-office account management data warehouse facility supporting the merger of Prudential Securities and Wachovia Securities.  The project resulted in a complete requirements review and the detailed design for a new client web site to interface with internal and external users.  Again, my focus was helping a large organization to use the Internet as a method of developing a client vs. administrative focus to tasks and operations and to link client ownership with customer service performance. The increased accountability, transparency and control provided to clients via the new web site addressed the need to provide enhanced service, reporting and access directly to administrative users, affiliates and client companies.

This is My Prototype Design For A New Intranet / Extranet Web Site Used to Manage Data Warehouse Clients, Data Requests, Documentation, News, Alerts, Data Processing Jobs, Notifications, and Configuration of Data File Delivery Parameters.
