Zacks Investment Research (B2B): [www.ziri.com] I spent nine years at Zacks Investment Research as the general manager for investor relations services. During that time I led the effort to develop new products and services with marketing campaigns and sales management. I started with less than 10 customers who subscribed to a printed report. I was able to enhance the reporting service, add an interactive voice response hotline with on-demand fax reporting, fax broadcasting, a software application with FTP data download updates, a specialized Excel spreadsheet stock performance service, printed directories of brokerage research, and the IR web portal which encapsulated all of the prior work and access to institutional holding data. These services were sold with direct marketing and a telemarketing and direct sales staff. The business developed into an account base of over 650 public companies.
